CBS Corp.'s CBS Studios International on Tuesday unveiled a multi-season licensing agreement with 21st Century Fox's Fox Networks Group Iberia for the exclusive basic pay TV rights in Spain and Portugal to new CBS series Bull and MacGyver.

The companies also struck a deal for the exclusive basic TV rights in Spain for new mid-season series Doubt. The agreement also extends FNG Iberia’s licensing rights to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: Miami, Hawaii Five-0 and NCIS: Los Angeles.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

“There is great excitement for our new slate of programming, with Bull debuting in the U.S. as the season’s No. 1 new drama and MacGyver the No. 2 new drama,” said Armando Nunez, president and CEO, CBS Studios International. “These new series have all the elements of CBS’s world-class dramas, including dynamic casts, big characters and compelling stories told by the best producers in the industry.”

Said Vera Pereira, senior vp and managing director, FNG Iberia: “We are very satisfied with our agreement with CBS Studios International to premiere these great series in Spain and Portugal. We are committed to bringing premium content to our audiences and affiliates, as close as possible to their release date in the U.S., and these series are exactly what we seek in terms of high-quality entertainment values, powerful storytelling, great talent and strong brand values."

Bull stars Michael Weatherly as Dr. Jason Bull in a drama inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw as the founder of a trial consulting firm.

MacGyver, a re-imagining of the classic series, is an action-adventure drama about 20-something Angus “Mac” MacGyver, who creates an organization within the U.S. government where he uses his talent for unconventional problem solving and vast scientific knowledge to save lives. Under the aegis of the Department of External Services, MacGyver takes on the responsibility of saving the world, "armed to the teeth with resourcefulness and little more than bubble gum and a paper clip."

Doubt stars Katherine Heigl as Sadie Ellis, an attorney who starts to fall for her charismatic client, a pediatric surgeon recently accused of murdering his girlfriend 24 years ago.
