"Bringing Josh on board was a natural fit for us,” explains Quillen. “We have been friends and colleagues for nearly 15 years. When it came time to expand, there was no other choice in my mind. He's one of very few people I'd trust to join our team.”

On working with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis as well as Quillen on managing the hip-hop duo’s career, Josh Dick said, "While there's so much I'll miss from my time at The Agency Group, I’m beyond thrilled to be reuniting with Zach and joining him, Ben and Ryan to embark on the next chapter of my life. I've watched every step of this incredible journey, and am honored to now be a part of that on the management side."
