Adrian Vitoria will write and direct the thriller, centered on a team of black-ops on a political man-hunt.

LONDON – Scott Mann (The Tournament) and James Edward Barker’s U.K. production outfit Mann Made Films, has partnered up with producer Rosie Fellner and her Rosebud Pictures to develop Adrian Vitoria’s thriller Black Money.

Fellner is the niece of Eric Fellner, one founding half of U.K.-based and Universal-owned Working Title production label.

Vitoria will write and direct the screenplay, which is based on an idea he conceived about a team of black-ops on a political man-hunt.
