Martha Stewart Poses for Terry Richardson

She thinks the controversial photographer is "cute." Um, ew.

As if it weren't weird enough that Martha Stewart said she wanted to be Blake Lively, things just got more awkward this week. The lifestyle guru worked with the always questionable photographer Terry Richardson for her editorial spread in Net-A-Porter's print magazine Porter.

According to Fashionista, the glossy's editors noted that Stewart wanted him to photograph her for the shoot, where she's seen posing at her New York home alongside her pets in one shot and going through a bowl of string beans in another.

"After debating over a long list of photographers, America's house-mother superior insisted that Richardson shoot her," explained Porter. "'Oh, he is cute,' she will say later, when he comes to say goodbye." Uh, gross.

Stewart is no stranger to scandals herself, so maybe this pairing isn't completely shocking. Still, let's hope there wasn't any sexting involved during the photo session.
