The industry coalition and IMDbPro have recognized 62 programs with its gender parity mark of honor.

Seven weeks after beginning the search for television shows that exemplify gender parity behind and in front of the camera, ReFrame and IMDbPro have announced the first-ever recipients of the ReFrame Stamp for Television.

As with its film counterparts, 34 of which have been named so far, these projects must have hired people who identify as women in at least four out of eight critical production areas: writer, director, showrunner, producer, lead, season regulars, department heads and crew. Additional points are given for women of color in key positions. ReFrame — a growing coalition of 64 industry professionals and partner companies — will adjust the stamp criteria as the industry evolves.

Out of the 364 scripted programs that aired between June 1, 2017, and May 31, 2018, 62 have been selected for the ReFrame Stamp, including all five Shondaland series on ABC; Emmy winners The Handmaid's Tale and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel; Netflix's GLOW; HBO's Insecure; and The CW's Jane the Virgin.
