Mary-Kate and Ashley turned to celeb artist Ana Marie Rizzieri for their glowing complexions and contoured cheeks.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s shared aesthetic is no secret, so its hardly a surprise that both twins opted to wear vintage Christian Dior to the Met Gala on Monday. And when it comes to makeup, the duo has a similar sensibility, too, making things easy for celebrity makeup artist Ana Marie Rizzieri, who prepped the twins for the Anna Wintour-helmed affair.

"They never reinvent the wheel. They always love what works for them — that beautiful luminous skin, that perfect chiseled, contoured look, a smoky eye, and a pretty stain on the lip, and an overdrawn lip pencil to make their lips look fuller," says Rizzieri, who turned exclusively to NYX Cosmetics for the girls’ matching looks.

The only difference between the two? Their blushes, and shades used on each from the NYX Highlight & Contour Palette ($25). "The colors are the perfect ash; they are not going to turn them orange," Rizzieri says of the common mistake that often happens during contouring. On her cheeks, Mary-Kate went for NYX Comsetics High Definition Blush ($17) in Pastel Chic, and Ashley chose NYX Comsetics High Definition Blush in Bright Lights. And when it came to their lips, both sisters opted for colors from NYX’s soon-to-debut Liquid Suede Lipsticks, out in June, with Mary-Kate choosing Sandstorm and Ashley, Soft Spoken.
