Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Lawrence and More Audition for 'Star Wars' in New 'SNL' Video

Screengrab/Saturday Night Live

'SNL' releases more "auditions," including the Black Eyed Peas song "Let's Get It Star Wars."

Back in November, before Star Wars: The Force Awakens hit theaters, director J.J. Abrams popped up in a Saturday Night Live sketch promising never-before-seen screen tests for the movie.

What followed was a string of cast impressions (John Mayer, Wynonna Judd, Shaquille O'Neal) and actual celebrity cameos (Michael Buble, Emma Stone, Jon Hamm), plus Star Wars stars Daisy Ridley and John Boyega playing along with the ruse.

Now, SNL has released more of those "auditions." This time, Sasheer Zamata appears as Janelle Monae, Vanessa Bayer as Jennifer Lawrence, Matthew McConaughey as himself and a quartet of castmembers as the Black Eyed Peas — swapping the hit song "Let's Get It Started" for "Let's Get It Star Wars," obviously.
