McDonald's Selling "Secret" Big Mac Sauce, Bidding at $18,000

In an effort to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities, McDonald's Australia is selling limited-edition bottles of its "secret" Big Mac sauce.

Big Mac fans, rejoice.

On Feb. 1, McDonald's Australia began selling limited-edition bottles of the hamburger's "special sauce" in an effort to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities.

For those willing to pay big bucks for the Big Mac sauce, bidders who are truly "lovin' it" can take to eBay to bid on the first of only 200 McDonald's Limited Edition Big Mac Special Sauce bottles to be sold worldwide.

The first 500 ml plastic container up for auction is currently at $18,100 ($23,100 Australian dollars), and seven days still remain for one lucky bidder to score the special sauce.

"100 percent of the auction sale price will go to Ronald McDonald House Charities, so get bidding on a legendary sauce for a legendary cause," states the eBay site.

Ronald McDonald House Charities "provide help and support through a wide range of programs that stretch across the continuum of care — not only accommodation, but also in-hospital support, education programs, health initiatives and financial grants. We’re committed to helping seriously ill children and their families across Australia."

The first bottle, which will arrive in a wood box engraved with the McDonald's signature arch logo, will wrap bidding on Feb. 11.
