The first lady's television was parked on CNN during a recent presidential trip overseas.

On Tuesday evening, The New York Times reported that first lady Melania Trump's television on Air Force One was tuned to CNN during a recent trip overseas, angering her husband.

Trump "raged at his staff for violating a rule that the White House entourage should begin each trip tuned to Fox — his preferred network over what he considers the 'fake news' CNN — and caused 'a bit of a stir' aboard Air Force One," according to the report.

The first lady's spokesperson, Stephanie Grisham, said in a statement provided to The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday that it "seems kind of silly to worry about what channel she watches on TV."

Answering the question at the heart of the matter, Grisham added that Melania Trump watches "any channel she wants, BTW."

She also seemed to mock the reporter who originally asked about the report, instead suggesting that it was more important to talk about children's issues.

"Maybe you’d like to talk about the 160,000 kids who skip school every day for fear of being bullied, or that 280,000 students are physically attacked in schools every months," Grisham said in the statement.

CNN's public relations Twitter account jumped into the fray, tweeting, "Thanks for watching @FLOTUS!"
