NEW YORK -- The MEN7 Network, a multiplatform network from the Bennett Group targeted at affluent males, will debut its flagship show on ION Media Networks on July 3.

New episodes of "The MEN7 Show" will air every other Thursday on ION at midnight, and it will be hosted by Tava Smiley (ABC's "General Hospital") and Hoyt Christopher (E!'s "Wild On"). There is an initial batch of 13 episodes and each show will feature seven segments on men's lifestyle categories like entertainment, tech and women.

In addition to that show, the network will launch on July 3 with nine other shows on its broadband site, including "Bikini Destinations," "The Extremists" and "Beyond the List."

MEN7 content will also be syndicated through other Web distributors, including Google's YouTube, Veoh, Joost and Hulu. MEN7 is led by chairman Bob Bennett, former president of Metromedia Broadcasting; CEO Casey Bennett; and COO Darren Chuckry.

Content from the studio will also be distributed overseas through Bennett Media Worldwide, which is headed by CEO Paul Rich. The Bennett Group has produced more than 500 hours of programming for various networks.
