Michael Arndt to Give Keynote at AMPAS' Nicholl Fellowships Dinner

Writer won an Oscar for the "Little Miss Sunshine" screenplay.


Michael Arndt, an Oscar winner for the Little Miss Sunshine screenplay, will deliver the keynote address at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' 25th annual Don and Gee Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting dinner on Nov. 4 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

The Academy annually awards up to five Nicholl fellowships of $30,000 each. Ten scripts have advanced to the final round of the competition this year.

Fellowships are awarded with the understanding that the recipients will each complete a feature-length screenplay during their fellowship year.
