COLOGNE, Germany -- Michael J. Fox will receive one of Germany's most prestigious entertainment awards -- the Golden Camera -- for his life's work.

The honor, presented by German listings magazine Horzu, puts the Canadian-born actor in the esteemed company of previous winners including Clint Eastwood, Robert De Niro and Jack Nicholson.
The Golden Cameras are the country's most-watched awards program, with 5-6 million Germans tuning in to catch the three-hour live broadcast. The 46th Golden Cameras will be held in Berlin on Saturday.
Other winners this year include John Travolta, who will receive the best actor, international prize, and Armin Mueller-Stahl, who will receive the national lifetime achievement honor.
