They purchased the four-story Brooklyn pad in 2005

Michelle Williams has parted ways with her Brooklyn brownstone. 

The 34-year-old Oz the Great and Powerful actress recently sold her four-story, six-bedroom Boerum Hill townhouse for $8.8 million, according to CityRealty's 6sqft blog.

She put the property on the market in September for $7.5 million, the same amount she and the late Heath Ledger paid for it in 2005. 

Amenities include a three-car garage, landscaped roof deck and temperature-controlled wine cellar.

After Ledger's 2008 death, Williams continued to live in the ivy-covered home with their daughter, Matilda. The actress is now based out of Los Angeles.
