Also walking the red carpet in L.A. were castmembers Aubrey Plaza, Anna Kendrick and Sugar Lyn Beard, who opened up about her nude scene.

Zac Efron and Adam Devine, who play a pair of wild brothers in Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, acted like real-life "bros" at the film's Los Angeles premiere Wednesday night.

On the red carpet outside the Cinerama Dome at ArcLight Hollywood, Devine playfully jumped on Efron's back and gave photographers the "rock on" gesture as Efron flashed the "hang loose" sign.

Efron — who's been garnering attention for his physique in recent years, going shirtless for scenes in movies from the recent Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising to the upcoming Baywatch — was, naturally, asked about his regimented workout routine by reporters and whether he'll maintain that lifestyle.

"I don't know. It depends on my next movie. I would love to, like, gain 30 pounds and play an aging rock star. That would be an awesome transformation," he said as he rushed inside the theater.

Devine, meanwhile, fielded the obvious question about his favorite date ever with his girlfriend, Pretty Little Liars actress Chloe Bridges. "We like to go down to Newport Beach and stay at a nice hotel and ride boats and drink tons of margaritas," he said.

Other attendees included the film's stars Aubrey Plaza and Anna Kendrick, Pretty Little Liars' Tyler Blackburn and Keegan Allen, and Devine's Workaholics co-stars Anders Holm, Blake Anderson and Kyle Newacheck.

Sugar Lyn Beard, who stars as Jeanie — both the bride and sister of Mike and Dave — also stunned on the carpet, wearing a black low-cut V-neck dress. She spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about shooting one of the major (and nude) scenes in the movie.

"The massage scene was just one of the funniest days because [Kumail Nanjiani] was, you know, riding me naked on top from the back, and our butts were rubbing against each other," Beard told THR. "Somehow he just kept so in-character, and I had to bury my face and laugh pretty much through every take. I'm pretty good at keeping it together, but that day being naked on that table with his butt on my butt, I just lost it. And it was so intense that the studio ending up buying me a real massage to make up for how intense it was."

To fully understand what Beard's talking about, one just has to see the movie.

She not only encourages moviegoers to do so but told THR that Mike and Dave is a film "where you truly are going to laugh from the beginning to the end."

This won't be the last movie that Beard and Efron appear in together. Both are featured in James Franco's upcoming The Masterpiece. However, they don't have any shared scenes.

"Though we did text each other when we found out, like 'When are you going in? Are we going to get to do this together?' And we didn't, but that'll be very exciting to see," Beard said. "He's gonna be amazing in The Masterpiece. Zac's incredible."

Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates hits theaters July 8.
