Mike Tyson's Abandoned Ohio Mansion to Become Church (Photos)

From riches to rags to riches again.
Mike Tyson's former Southington, Ohio, mansion, which he lived in during the late 1980s and early 1990s while training at Don King's facility, is currently abandoned, but it won't be for long.
Photographer and Empty Spaces author Johnny Joo documented the current status of the five-bedroom home — which boasts an indoor pool, a marble bathroom and a "Mike Tyson" iron entrance gate — on his blog, Architectural Afterlife.
In December 2014, a church purchased the property with plans to transform it into a "Living Word Sanctuary." Tyson has since been invited to attend the first service in the sanctuary, but no confirmation has been made regarding whether the previous heavyweight champion will commit.
