Mila Kunis Crowned Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire Magazine
The "Ted" star and Ashton Kutcher paramour replaces Rihanna, who took last year's Esquire Sexiest Woman Alive crown.
Once a major magazine names you "Sexiest Something Alive" - as People does with men, and Esquire does with women - you have always been one of the sexiest people alive. It might not be an Oscar, but for actors, it's almost as good - making producers a little hungrier to cast you, and magazines more rabid to put you on the cover. As if Mila Kunis could get any hotter - she can do comedy, she can do drama, she's now been in a blockbuster - and she just scored the guy many think comes close to the sexiest guy alive (after Ryan Gosling, of course) - Ashton Kutcher.
Mila appears topless on the cover of Esquire, which named her "Sexiest Woman Alive" - although you do not see her from the front - but the pictures are among the most provocative she's ever done, since this is one actress who doesn't often go in for posing semi-clothed or with a come-hither look on her face. But the 29 year old seems like teflon at this point - sexy pictures can't harm her box office appeal or acting chops (Black Swan), and sexy itself is not an image she's really gone in for so far. She once said, "If you want someone sitting in sweats in front of the TV eating ice cream, then I'm your girl."
But now, with Ashton, a lot of movies coming out in 2013, the Dior campaign - made all the more exciting by the arrival of designer Raf Simons to the house - and Ted becoming an international blockbuster, with a sequel on the way - "sexy" and semi-nude photos only add to Mila's already pretty huge appeal. Is she the new Nicole Kidman - an actress who can do it all, have it all - fashion cred, sex appeal, acting chops and a famous man by her side? It sure looks that way.
