Japanese pay TV group Wowow has boarded Martin Scorsese and David Tedeschi’s upcoming documentary The New York Review of Books: A 50 Year Argument as a co-producer.

Wowow joins HBO Documentary Films, BBC Arena and Scorsese’s Sikelia Productions as co-production partners in the film, which had a work-in-progress screening at the Berlin Film Festival in February.
