The deal will expand the number of games televised by Turner Sports and increase the availability of highlights and other content on its digital platforms, including Bleacher Report.

Major League Baseball and WarnerMedia's Turner Sports division have signed a new seven-year TV rights extension, keeping MLB games on WarnerMedia's platforms through 2028.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, though CNBC reported that the total value of the deal was more than $3 billion.

The deal will expand the number of games televised by Turner Sports and increase the availability of highlights and other content on its digital platforms, including Bleacher Report. Most notably: TBS will add a Tuesday night baseball package, doubling the number of regular season games it airs (it currently airs Sunday games).

In addition, TBS will expand its playoff-game rights, airing one league championship series each year and two of the four divisional series as well as one wild card game.
