MTV Movie Awards 2015: One Direction Fans Outraged Over Amy Schumer's Zayn-Hillary Joke

"Zayn is still a fresh wound."

MTV Movie Awards host Amy Schumer predicted people were going to get mad at her jokes, and she was right. In particular, she is facing the wrath of One Direction fans, who feel it is way too soon for Schumer to be joking about Zayn Malik's departure from the band.

"After months of speculation, Hillary Clinton finally announced she's taking Zayn's spot in One Direction," Schumer said in her opening monologue. "The first woman in One Direction! I never thought I'd live to see the day!"

Cue the One Direction anger.
