MTVN bows MyNoggin with game focus


NEW YORK -- MTV Networks' Nickelodeon launched myNOGGIN Monday, a premium Web service for preschoolers and their parents. The service will feature casual games with an educational focus for kids age three to six and it will showcase characters from Nickelodeon shows. It will not have any ads but will, instead, be supported by subscriptions, which will range from between $5.95 and $9.95 per month. MTVN recently announced that they had set aside $500 million for gaming development, with $100 million going to casual games.
