'JEalous,' again?

Lawyers for the Black Crowes have served copyright infringement notices to Gretchen Wilson, TNT, Sony BMG and publishing company J Money Music over the band's 1991 hit "Jealous Again." The Crowes claim that Wilson exploited the track for her new song, "Work Hard, Play Harder," which TNT in turn then used in ads for its show "Saving Grace." Wilson's camp declined comment.

Panic at the Disco and Dashboard Confessional will anchor the first "Rock Band"-branded tour, which will offer fans the chance to play the video game onstage in each market. Plain White T's and the Cab also are on the bill. The 29-date arena tour begins Oct. 5 in San Diego.
