New music from American Idol alum Haley Reinhart has surfaced, courtesy of Scotty Hills, a co-writer on the track.
“Love Not War,” co-written by Reinhart, Hills and Augie Ray, is a jazzy dance track recorded last September.
While it’s not certain this track will make it on the new album Reinhart is recording, Hills tweeted that maybe it will be released and brought back “from the graveyard.”

At this year’s Idol finale, Reinhart told The Hollywood Reporter that she will be filming a video for her song “Show Me Your Moves” this week.
“I’m coming from another planet to Earth and challenging people to show me their inner talents and passions,” she said of the video’s storyline. “It’s going to be really out there.”
Reinhart’s debut CD, Listen Up!, was released by Interscope Records in May 2012. She has since parted ways with the label.
