American Idol season eight winner Kris Allen premiered the video for his latest single, “The Vision of Love,” on Wednesday, depicting two teens suffering from isolation and bullying.
The singer-songwriter has long been involved in the hot button topic, supporting multiple organizations such as Little Kids Rock and The Trevor Project, which focuses on crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBT youth. Watch his new video below.

“The Vision of Love” is the lead single off Allen’s sophomore album, Thank You Camellia, due out on May 22. His most recent offering comes just over two years after the release of his self-titled debut, which spawned the singles “Live Like We’re Dying” and “The Truth.”
Allen champ will join The Hollywood Reporter’s ‘Idol Hangover’ show as a special guest during this week’s episode, streaming at THR.com on Friday, April 6.
