The first-ever Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival debuted at Jones Beach, NY, on Saturday (Aug. 22) to record-breaking numbers.
The fest’s first day shattered single-day attendance records at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater, where everyone from Jason Derulo to Little Mix to Lil Wayne to Axwell & Ingrosso to The Weeknd played to rapt crowds. More than 17,000 fans hit Jones Beach throughout a day filled with memorable performances.
