Chris Brown‘s shocking Good Morning America outburst isn’t stopping fans from checking out his new album, F.A.M.E.
Billboard reports that it is headed for the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart.
Industry prognosticators suggest it could shift anywhere between 250,000 to 300,000 by week’s end on Mar. 27.
Brown has had three previous top 10 albums: His first, self-titled set debuted and peaked at No. 2 in 2005 and was followed by 2007’s Exclusive (No. 4) and 2009’s Graffiti (No. 7), according to Billboard.
Brown has yet to apologize for trashing his dressing room following his disastrous interview with ABC’s Robin Roberts.
On Wednesday’s Roberts said she wanted the singer to return to the show – but he hasn’t taken her up on the offer.
He is scheduled to make his next TV appearance March 29 on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, even though some viewers have asked the network to pull his performance.
