Lorde’s look can best be described as contemporary vamp, mostly favoring lipstick shades in deep berry and purple. With four Grammy nominations (including a performance on Sunday’s awards show), her signature beauty is certainly becoming one to watch.

Amber D, a M.A.C. senior artist for Oceania, who travels with the 17-year-old New Zealander, told the New Zealand Herald she used “Cyber” (an intense blackish-purple) on the “Team” singer for the Museum of Modern Art film benefit and swiped a “Violet” (a violet purple) shade on her for an appearance on the VH1 You Oughta Know concert, both products by M.A.C.
