The pop singer chose Grammys weekend to make a major change: shorter and darker. Her hairstylist Lorien Meillon was the one responsible for suggesting she chop and dye her locks auburn.
Trainor told Seventeen she actually cried afterward. But now, of course, she loves it. The former blonde was wise to listen, since her new style and deeper, coppery color feel infinitely more fashion-forward and edgy. Win-win!
