James Corden invited Zooey Deschanel to perform a very special musical duet with him on Tuesday’s The Late Late Show.
The duo sang a parody of Lionel Richie’s and Diana Ross’ “Endless Love” duet, changing the lyrics to make it about an “endless glove.”
Corden walked out onstage to join a singing Deschanel, looking at her red-gloved hand lovingly. Corden began to pull off the glove but the long accessory piled up on the floor as they sang the new lyrics, “Oh yes, you will always be my endless glove.”
While the song was clearly meant to be a joke, Deschanel and Corden didn’t hold back in showing off their musical talents as they belted out the parody together.
