Justin Bieber‘s Miami Beach trial date has been postponed until May 5, it was determined at a hearing Tuesday.
During the hearing, prosecutors said that, contrary to reports, no plea offer has been made to the singer, according to the Associated Press. Bieber has pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and having an expired driver’s license.

Bieber and R&B singer Khalil Sharieff were arrested Jan. 23 in Miami Beach after they were observed to be drag racing. Both were charged with DUI, with Bieber facing two additional charges.
Bieber’s original trial date of March 3 was postponed while attorneys handled the release of police videos of the pop star providing a urine sample after his arrest, the AP reported.
The pop star also faces assault charges in Toronto for allegedly striking a limo driver. He skipped his Monday court date on that matter.
