Justin Bieber won’t be prosecuted for an alleged hit-and-run on a photographer.
The Canadian pop star had been accused of running his white Ferrari into a paparazzo in Hollywood. But the pap’s argument won’t stick.
According to a report published by TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the case.

When the incident happened in June, police said there was no crime and the injuries weren’t life-threatening. A video posted by TMZ shows Bieber getting into the vehicle. He’s surrounded by paparazzi and as the car drives off, one falls to the ground and grips his knee.
It was a lucky break for Bieber, who’s had a roller-coaster year. On the European leg of his world tour, he appeared late on stage at London’s O2 Arena — and later apologized to his fans. At a later show in the same venue, Bieber apparently fainted backstage and required hospitalization.
And then he got in hot water for an ill-advised comment left in the guestbook of the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. There’s also been an assault charge and speeding accusations, he’s been tackled by a fan and had his tour bus searched for weed. There was his “monkey business” in Germany, the “mop bucket” incident, the heist after his show in South Africa and he was booed at the Billboard Music Awards.
Bieber recently tweeted that he was keen to release new music by year’s end.
