Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are engaged.

About a month after rekindling their romance, the singer asked the model to marry him Saturday night in the Bahamas while they were dining at a local restaurant, TMZ reported. Bieber confirmed the news on Monday in an Instagram post. 

Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21, have been silent so far on social media, but the pop star’s father, Jeremy, seemingly confirmed the engagement Saturday on Instagram. “@justinbieber Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!” he wrote.

Bieber’s mother, Pattie Mallette, also seemed to reference the special occasion Sunday on Twitter. “Love Love Love Love Love Love Love,” she wrote.

Baldwin’s dad, Stephen Baldwin, tweeted and then deleted the following message: “Sweet smile on my face ! me&wife (Kennya) Always pray 4 Gods will !! He is moving in the hearts of JB&HB Let’s all pray for His will to be done Love you 2 so much !!! #Godstiming #bestisyettocome Congrats @JeremyBieber @pattiemallette #PraiseJesus”

Bieber and Baldwin previously dated before splitting in 2016. The couple recently got back together and have been inseparable in recent days, including dancing at a restaurant on Friday and kissing around New York City.

Bieber’s Monday post seemingly confirmed the happy news, referencing their future “healthy stable marriage” and naming Baldwin as “the love of my life.” 

Baldwin tweeted Monday afternoon: “Not sure what I did in life to deserve such happiness but I am so utterly grateful to God for giving me such an incredible person to share my life with! No words could ever express my gratitude.”

Bieber’s post also read: “Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY.”
