Katy Perry is set to perform on the 54th annual Grammy Awards, it was announced Wednesday.
Additionally, the first presenters were also unveiled: Gwyneth Paltrow, Miranda Lambert, Drake and Dierks Bentley will all take the stage Sunday, Feb. 12 in the live telecast honoring the best in music.
Perry’s performance would mark the singer’s first televised gig since announcing her breakup with husband Russell Brand late last year. She was scheduled to to appear at the People’s Choice Awards earlier this month, but canceled.
Perry is up for two Grammy awards: record of the year and best pop solo performance.
On Tuesday, THR broke the news that Perry was in talks with Paramount for her own 3D movie, following in the foosteps of Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers and Justin Bieber.
She joins previously announced performers Adele, Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson, Glen Campbell with The Band Perry and Blake Shelton, Coldplay and Rihanna, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Nicki MInaj and Taylor Swift.
NCIS: LA star LL Cool J is hosting the awards show, which takes place at the Staples Center fro 8-11:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
The Grammys are produced by John Cossette Productions and AEG Ehrlich Ventures for The Recording Academy. Ken Ehrlich is executive producer, Louis J. Horvitz is director, with David Wild and Ehrlich writers.
