Ever since The Killers released their third album Day & Age in 2008, fans have been chomping at the bit for new music.
With a constantly evolving sound and a powerful lightening bolt on the front, The Killers’ new album Battle Born is causing quite a stir amongst fans. Although its release date is September 18, the band has debuted their first single from the album: “Runaways.”
The four-minute song starts off slow and smooth with not much more than a guitar, Brandon Flowers’ vocals and some piano chords. By the one-minute mark, the song picks up and listeners are on a steady gallop through the Nevada desert.
