Singer Ray J, who’s more (in)famous for his 2007 sex tape with ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian than for his recording career, has a charming message for Kardashian’s partner Kanye West: “I hit it first.”
That’s the title of his new single, and in case everyone forgot about his past with the reality star and mom-to-be, Ray J has cast a Kardashian doppelganger in the accompanying music video. The clip was “obtained” exclusively by TMZ — wonder who leaked that one, Ray J? — and features a Kardashian lookalike staring dreamily into the camera and into Ray J’s eyes as he croons such lyrics as: “She might move on the ballers and rappers but everyone knows I hit it first.”

STORY: Ray J Snipes at Kanye West, Kim Kardashian
The Nic Nac-produced track, released earlier this month on iTunes, also features Bobby Brackins. As Billboard observed, “Before dating Ray J, Kardashian was married to producer Damon Thomas, making the accuracy of the new song’s title unlikely. She later married basketball player Kris Humphries, who escapes this round unscathed.”
Moving on: Kimye, expecting their first child together this summer, have shown no signs of slowing down in the months ahead. West (possibly with Kardashian in tow) will reportedly perform at this year’s triple-VIP Costume Institute Gala on May 6 (the theme is “punk”); he’s also set to take the stage as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live‘s May 18 season finale, to be hosted by Ben Affleck.
