Posting an announcement on Twitter on Friday, the pop diva wrote that she would not perform at the Forest National arena on Sunday as planned “for the safety of my fans, my band, crew and everyone involved with the tour.”
Since Tuesday’s attacks, police have been working to take down alleged ISIS cells related to the attacks, arresting at least nine potential suspects.
