Lady Gaga wasn’t the only one who shocked on the Grammy red carpet Sunday.
Nicki Minaj showed up in an over-the-top leopard-print getup and giant, blonde hair.
“This outfit is a masterpiece by Givenchy. What that made for is miraculous meets her cub meets ferocity meets fabulosity meets the runway,” said the rapper-singer, who is nominated for best rap performance by a duo or group with Ludacris for “My Chick Bad.”
“This is all my hair,” she added. At night, if I press a certain button, my hair grows up. I press another button, it activates the color in it.”
“I’m just honored to be here,” she added. “I’m having a ball!”
On the E! Grammy pre show, Giuliana Rancic said Minaj took two hours to get ready and said her hair was a “wig.”
