Is finding a new musical crush like a hook-up?
Two veterans of the dating app Tinder app think so, and according to a report by The Next Web, they’re betting on the premise with a new music discovery app called Next.
Created by Tinder co-founder Christopher Gulczynski and former vp design Sarah Nick, the app lets musicians put up samples of their songs to be listened to free of charge. Users can then like or dismiss a tune — using the familiar left/right swiping motions utilized by Tinder — and then follow the profiles of their favorite acts or share them as needed. Unfortunately there’s no version of Next for Android users, but if you have an iPhone and would like to get started you can download the app now.
