Watch Jennifer Hudson Reprise Powerful “I Know Where I’ve Been” Performance From ‘Hairspray Live!’

Jennifer Hudson put on another showstopping performance of Hairspray Live! track “I Know Where I’ve Been” for Center Theatre Group’s 50th anniversary celebration, which took place in downtown Los Angeles Saturday night.

The singer-actress originally sang the ballad during the second act of the NBC musical, which first aired in December 2016. At the May 20 event, Hudson was backed by an ensemble of backing vocalists as she powerfully belted out the Hairspray tune and commanded the stage at the Ahmanson Theatre.

The Grammy-winning artist is set to join The Voice as a coach for season 13, which kicks off this fall.
