NBC redraws Wed., Sun. lineups

NBC is going for another reshuffling of its Wednesday and Sunday schedules, creating an all-drama lineup on Wednesdays and all-unscripted lineup on Sundays.

Beginning March 4, "Deal or No Deal," which recently relocated from Thursday to 9 p.m. Wednesday, will be on the move again, this time to the 9-10 p.m. Sunday slot.

The new NBC Sunday night will have newsmagazine "Dateline NBC" and "Grease: You're the One That I Want" staying put at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively, followed by "Deal" at 9 p.m. and "The Apprentice," which will shift to 10 p.m.

The move of "Apprentice" marks the first time a reality series is regularly scheduled in the 10 p.m. hour, which traditionally has been occupied by drama series and newsmagazines.

As for NBC's Wednesday night makeover, beginning March 7, critically praised but low-rated football-themed freshman drama "Friday Night Lights" will be followed by the Jill Hennessy-starring "Crossing Jordan" at 9 p.m. and another crime drama with a female lead, "Medium."
