The Canadian genre-bending series will also be shopped elsewhere internationally by Cineflix Rights during MIPCOM Online+.

Syfy fan-favorite Wynonna Earp, the genre drama from showrunner Emily Andras, is headed to Europe.

Cineflix Rights announced a deal on Monday with NBCUniversal International Networks to carry all four seasons of Canadian supernatural western across its science fiction channels in Iberia, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland and in Poland and the Balkans, as the show is launched at MIPCOM's online market.

NBC Universal-owned Syfy is the U.S. home for Wynonna Earp. In 2019, Cineflix Rights came on board to sell all four seasons of the sci-fi western internationally to help get the series from co-producers IDW Entertainment, Cineflix Studios and SEVEN24 Films to a fourth season.

"Wynonna Earp is the perfect fit for our science fiction channel. The series has become a firm favourite amongst fans of the genre and we are excited to bring all four seasons to our enthusiastic audiences across Europe," Lee Raftery, managing director, EMEA and chief marketing officer at NBCUniversal International, said in a statement.

Wynonna Earp stars Melanie Scrofano in the lead role, alongside Tim Rozon, Dominique Provost-Chalkley and Katherine Barrell.

"The show is already a cult hit across North America with a huge fan base and social media presence, and we’re excited to be rolling it out to Earpers around the world, with these deals and a launch at MIPCOM this week," James Durie, head of scripted at Cineflix Rights, added in his own statement.
