Here Are the BBC Shows Leaving Netflix in February (and the Ones Staying)

Despite its Emmy wins earlier this year, the BBC miniseries — and its crime-solving stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman — were ignored.

Netflix announces the fate of 'Doctor Who,' 'Luther' and 'Sherlock.'

Netflix has been working on its contract with the BBC this month and announced what titles are being renewed and staying on Netflix. They also released a list of which shows are rotating off the streaming service in February. Fan favorites such as Doctor Who and Luther have been renewed.

A Netflix representative tells The Hollywood Reporter that reports that all BBC titles were up for renewal were inaccurate. Sherlock, The Honorable Woman, Call the Midwife and Happy Valley were not a part of this renewal deal and will continue to be available on Netflix.
