New Beverly Hills Condo 460 Palm Begins Construction (Exclusive)
The project is developer ETCO Homes’ follow-up to last year’s 432 Oakhurst
Another luxury condo option is coming soon to Beverly Hills.
The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned that developer ETCO Homes is breaking ground on 460 Palm, a pair of condominium buildings that will feature 35 units priced from the high-$1 millions to more than $5 million for one of seven penthouse residences.
The high-end details for the 2,000 to 3,600-square-foot units, designed by Greg Bucilla & Associates and Design Line Interiors, include Miele kitchen appliances, large verandas and direct elevator access for select residences. The project is scheduled to be move-in ready in early 2015, with four international buyers already putting down deposits, despite reservations not officially opening until Nov. 4.
“We are extremely excited about 460 Palm because it brings luxury condominiums to an area where there are very few of its kind available for sale,” ETCO Homes principal and COO Bob Etebar said in a statement. “This marriage of elegance with white-glove service presents a unique opportunity for homeownership that will not only appeal to local buyers, but also an expectedly large number of East Coast and international buyers.”
ETCO Homes says 460 Palm will feature even more luxurious appointments than its last project, 432 Oakhurst, which sold out its 34 condos within 12 months of hitting the market last year. Justin Bieber is currently taking up residence in a pair of units.
