"She laughed hard twice, and he was out. It was awesome," AJ McCarron says.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback AJ McCarron told reporters on Tuesday that he borrowed a line from his favorite zombie movie to help his wife get through the recent birth of their son.

While talking to the media after Organized Team Activities — off-season training — McCarron told reporters his wife "laughed" their baby out.

"She was breathing hard, and the doc was like, 'You're going to be fine,' and I was like, 'Gut up,'" he said. "She laughed hard twice, and he was out. It was awesome."

McCarron said he has used the line in the past to make his wife laugh when she had a long day.

Brad Pitt, who plays Gerry Lane, says the line in the 2013 zombie flick World War Z after one of the more intense scenes while he is changing another character's bandages.

A sequel, with screenwriter Steven Knight attached, is set to hit theaters June 9, 2017.
