Esteemed television producer Norman Lear has put his Brentwood estate on the market for $55 million, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
The 10-acre property boasts seven bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, along with four powder rooms. The home also comes with two guesthouses, office space and a two-story library.
Additional amenities include a pool, 35-car garage, tennis court and views of the mountains, ocean and the city of L.A. itself. The Los Angeles Times first reported the listing.
Lear, 93, has won multiple Emmys for producing such sitcoms as All in the Family, Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons, Good Times, One Day at a Time and Maude.
