Runway rock for Cushnie et Ochs - P 2015
Designers Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs win coolest playlist during day two of NYFW.
Design duo Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs’ '90s hip hop-meets-uptown lady runway included jams by hot, current artists.
The show opened to “House Key” by Brooklyn-based trio, Lolawolf (fronted by Zoe Kravitz) as a model walked the runway in a cut-out peach bodysuit with low-slung pleated “lounge” pants.

"Party Girls” by Ludacris featuring Wiz Khalifa, Jeremih and Cashmere Cat streamed mid-show — followed by the song’s Afrojack remix.
The final walk was set to the tune of “Million” by Tink. In line with the "urban edge" theme were 14 karat gold-plated chains and earrings adorning the models — part of an exclusive collaboration with New York-based contemporary jewelry designer Michelle Campbell (her second with Cushnie et Ochs).
