Louis Arriola will back the latest franchise installment with Millennium Films, while Lionsgate will release the pic this fall.

Louis Arriola’s NYLA Media Group is set to co-finance Millennium Films’ Rambo: Last Blood, the latest installment of the Rambo movie franchise, starring Sylvester Stallone and Paz Vega.

Stallone will give his final performance as John Rambo in the action film, which is set to hit theaters Sept. 20 via Lionsgate. Arriola will also executive produce Rambo: Last Blood, which follows the titular character — who has been working on a ranch — as he crosses the U.S.-Mexico border to find a friend's kidnapped daughter. Soon he finds himself up against the full might of one of Mexico's most violent cartels.

Rambo: Last Blood is directed by Adrian Grunberg from a screenplay by Stallone and Matthew Cirulnick. The ensemble cast includes Oscar Jaenada, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Yvette Monreal, Sheila Shah, Joaquin Cosio and Jessica Madsen.

Avi Lerner, Steven Paul, Kevin King Templeton and Les Weldon share producer credits, while Christina Campbell, Boaz Davidson, Jeffrey Greenstein, Lati Grobman, Jonathan Yunger, Ariel Vroman, Jeff Gum, Elijah Long and Damaine Radcliff are executive producers.

"There is nothing in the cinematic marketplace quite like Rambo, and to collaborate with the producing team in place, and work with talent like Sly, fueled our excitement for the project," Arriola said in a statement. His film credits include Will to Love, starring Keisha Knight Pulliam; A Weekend With The Family, starring Marques Houston and Karrueche Tran; and Only for One Night, featuring Brian White, Karrueche Tran and Angelique Pereira.
