Octo-mom Nadya Suleman has been offered $500,000 by Vivid Entertainment to appear in a porn flick.

The much-maligned wannabe reality star has until October to come up with $450,000 or face foreclosure on her Southern California home.

Vivid founder/co-chairman Steven Hirsch sent Suleman a letter: "We have an easy and ready solution for you to relieve yourself of this financial problem. We are offering you the opportunity to perform in one scene, for one hour in one of our movies and we will pay you up to $500,000."

"We can arrange for this to happen quickly so that you will get paid in advance of your October deadline," he added. "We urge you to give our offer serious consideration. We will work closely with you in planning your scene to make this an enjoyable experience for you."

"I hope to hear from her very quickly," Hirsch said in a statement.  "It appears she has no time to waste and I feel confident that she will be pleased with the results of her shoot with us."

reported Friday that she will soon go on welfare to support her 14 children.

This isn't the first time Suleman has been offered a porn deal. In February 2009, Vivid Entertainment said they'd pay her $1 million and foot the bill for her kids' health insurance, which she turned down.

Vivid Entertainment, which also produced sex tapes of Kim Kardashian and Kendra Wilkinson, makes $100 million a year in an industry estimated to earn $13 billion annually, The Hollywood Reporter has written.
