OneRepublic to Kick Off NBC's Stanley Cup Playoffs Opening Night

The band's latest single "I Lived" will serve as the anthem to NBC Sports Group's playoffs coverage.

NBC Sports Group will kick off coverage of the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs on Wednesday night with the help of OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder.

The Grammy award-winning singer will open the show with an exclusive video of the band's latest single "I Lived" off of their third studio album Native. Following its televised debut, the song will continue to serve as the anthem of NBC Sports Group's 2015 playoffs coverage on platforms including NBC, NBCSN, CNBC, USA Network, NHL Network and NHL television partners located in Canada.

"I'm excited to be a part of NBC Sports' coverage of the Stanley Cup Playoffs," Tedder said in a statement. "I have always been a big hockey fan, and I can't wait to watch this year's games."

Coverage of the playoffs will begin at 6:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
