Oscar fans wanting a close-up view of the arrivals for the 80th Academy Awards can apply online to win up to four tickets of the 300 bleacher seats made from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, AMPAS said Wednesday. Fans can apply at www.oscars.org/bleachers from Monday, Sept. 14 through Sept. 24 to be present along the red carpet for the ceremony held Sunday, Feb. 24 at the Kodak Theatre.
