Cheryl Cecchetto and her Sequoia Prods. are again outfitting the Governors Ball. Expect chandeliers, champagne glitter, charcoal iridescent taffeta and platinum satin. Moet & Chandon champagne will be flowing to accompany a Wolfgang Puck menu that includes chicken pot pie and black truffle and ricotta cheese pizza. "L'Etoile de Oscar" -- otherwise known as baked Alaska with espresso glace chocolate sorbet and toasted meringue -- is in the wings for dessert.

First there's a dinner for about 150 at 5 p.m. The party, where guests will nosh on In-N-Out burgers, begins immediately after the awards.
